Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by phpart may result in account restrictions, suspension, or closure, and any pending withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. phpart will never ask you to disclose your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Each player may register only one (1) account on phpart. If phpart determines that you hold multiple accounts, phpart reserves the right to immediately close all duplicate accounts, void any outstanding bets or pending transactions, and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings accumulated across the duplicate accounts.

phpart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a material breach of these Terms, any suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason phpart deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, phpart may forfeit any outstanding bonus funds and, where applicable, any funds in the account that phpart determines represent the proceeds of prohibited conduct.
Players may close their account at any time by contacting phpart support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of applicable withdrawal requirements will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute between you and phpart arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial written notice, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the appropriate arbitration body under Philippine law, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Where changes are material, phpart will provide reasonable notice to players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
